The map pack will need to be updated every so often as there are constantly new maps being added. I will add in all the textures and materials into the next map-pack also.

I have also modified every individual file that is up on the fast downloads section and have compressed each one using bzip2. The decompressing client is built-in to your css and it means that the files will download a lot quicker as they are smaller in size and it takes but the blink of an eye to decompress most of these files. The difference should be quite shocking, most files are now between 20-45% of their original size, so instead of a map being 10mb, it will be 2-4.5mb as a download, I've seen average download speeds from my server at about 500kbps too.

could you add this map please its called gg_yardwars_ggn in this map pack http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/download/52398

Also could you possibly add gg_de_alivemetal to the servers gg and scoutz not necessarily on rotation just so they can be picked.

gg_yardwars_ggn is now on the GunGame server maplist.

gg_de_alivemetal is now on both the GunGame (it was anyway :wink:) and the SK maplist.

im in 2 minds about in being a SK map - not enough tall buildings - unless you could make just that map normal grav? :P

Well that's odd that there were no scouts, it's supposed to be hard coded into the server that you'll get a scout at spawn. :? I'll try and look into it.

It is possible to set it to change for just one map but it's a pain lol. I'll do it if I get the time.

got a new map for the sk server its called mxglass ive modified it a bit so that it is suitable for the sk server. Done a little beta test tonight ppl seemed to like it and the nades was added fun. just gotta fix a couple of ladders should be ready 2moro.

K ive finished modifying the map, i added the sk entities deleted the bomb targets, deleted the buy zones, changed all the guns to scoutz, created a new walkway around the top and a ledge on the main structure, added a trigger to kill u if you fall below the glass as obviously low grav aint gonna kill ya, fixed the ladders and added a cubemap.

All i need now is someone to put it on the server.

O i forgot to mention the gravity needs to be 140 so that you can reach the ledges. So can u make a little config file do that plz Thanks.

I'll admit I'm not sure how to write a config file so that it caters to only one map, so I will let allstar do this one ^_^

The gravity on the sk is set via a server command which runs for all the maps. Is there a default in this customised map that will over-ride that? If not it should be fine just operating from the server settings. :)

P.S. As some of you may have noticed I'm not currently at home (hence lack of CS-ing) so things will prob get done a bit slower than normal. :!:
